Simple Yes. Lasting Fruit.

“Sow righteousness for yourselves and reap faithful love; break up your unplowed ground. It is time to seek the Lord until He comes and sends righteousness on you like the rain.”

In 2025 we celebrated stories of transformation by sharing monthly testimonies of how God moved along the Road of Repentance. As we enter a new year of ministry in 2026, we eagerly anticipate new stories of faith the Lord will write on the hearts of His people.
With a desire to be reliable instruments in the hands of the Lord, we are examining our path, clearing it from obstacles the Lord reveals, and practicing a lifestyle of repentance. This month, our Time to Revive team wants to share a story of one man who surrendered his path to the Lord. He’s now experiencing a rich and fruitful journey, not only in his life, but also for those he has encountered over the years. |

| Jack Tobias, 93 years old, began walking with the Lord in 1957 after seeing his wife and children model a life with Christ. A conviction from God fell on his heart when he witnessed his wife take the children to church on her own, knowing he wanted to be the spiritual leader for his family. With that first step of obedience in listening to God’s prompting, he has been growing and learning. |

Jack encountered Time to Revive in 2015 during the 52-day revival in Northern Indiana. At the time, he had a strong desire to see unity among believers and what he witnessed was community wide fellowship like that of the early Church. He describes that time in his life with God as life changing.
This began a new chapter in his faith walk with God. Even though he is a self-described introvert, you would have a hard time recognizing that characteristic in Jack. Since Revive Indiana, God continually provides opportunities for him to tell people about Jesus. He has worked with the youth, conducted many home Bible studies, receives prayer requests from the doctors and nurses at his medical appointments, continually saturates his mind with the Word of God, and is still inspired for more. |

In closing, Jack stated, “It’s not about me; God gets all the glory.”
As we celebrate 11 years since Revive Indiana and remember the work of God’s hand, we praise the Lord for bearing fruit through Jack’s life as he remains in Jesus.
May the Lord continue to bear fruit as we sow seeds of the Gospel with simple, everyday, obedience as we head into a new season of ministry! |

“I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me and I in him produces much fruit, because you can do nothing without Me.”
