With our Time to Revive missionaries and volunteers spread out all over the country, we make it a priority to gather regularly as a team. In January, we again had the privilege to enjoy this intentional time together at the Dallas office. It is a highlight for our ministry family to come together for encouragement, equipping, and to pray into the Lord’s vision for the new year.
The theme for our time this year was to examine the Core Values that help shape our culture as a ministry. Not only did the leadership team provide Biblical teaching, but those values were demonstrated through the love and unity we shared with one another.
As we closed our time together, we praised God for His faithful guidance and reflected on the ways He has equipped, prepared and provided throughout the years. We thanked Him for the connections, perseverance, and doors He is opening. The team was also encouraged with vision and strength to lead us into this new year of ministry.
Founders Weekend
During the teaching sessions, I encouraged both our team members and partners from 1 Corinthians 15:57–58, reminding us to remain steadfast and immovable in the work of the Lord, always excelling, knowing that our labor in Him is not in vain. Mindi Oaten’s painting of the cowboy staying the course served as a visual reminder to faithfully continue on the path God has set before us.
It was a beautiful time of encouragement, fellowship, and alignment around the mission of every nation ready for Christ’s return. Founders Weekend continues to be a powerful time of ministry and provision for Time to Revive, strengthening relationships as we continue walking in simple, everyday obedience.
